TrackSpikeUSA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, immigration, or local authorities in your country.
Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and customs authorities, and delays beyond our control cannot be grounds for a refund or cancellation.
